Behavioural Risks
Actively seeking to reduce your risks is a key strategy for protecting the reputation of your practice. A good reputation takes years to establish, which makes it both necessary and prudent to do all that you can to protect and promote it - after all it is your key asset!
The table to follow provides a list of statements that reflect certain individual and practice behaviours. Each are derived from actual claim incidents where an omission in practice systems, management, patient interactions or standards, were significant in their contribution to the claim.
