How to use this site
Welcome to Riskequip!
Our award winning team, Guild Risk Services have created this dedicated resource to help you to manage and assess your risks. Here you will find thought provoking information to assist in understanding the key areas of risk for your association.
Six broad topics are addressed:
- Reputation and Good Standing
- Communications
- Member Relations
- Financial Controls
- Risk Management/Compliance
- Human Resources
Each area has a Risk Health Check. Your score provides a general ‘risk barometer’ which will provide insight and help you review risk controls with regard to your organisation’s own perspectives and specific operating context. It might form the base for an action plan for assurance and improvement.
Association Level
We recommend that a number of key personnel in your Association complete the Risk Health Check surveys. Then use the analytics available within the site to obtain a graphical snapshot of risk management in your organisation.
To do this you will need to get your Association specific log in which you will be given by Guild Insurance. (The Health Check can also be completed on an individual basis)
Step 1. Sign In
Step 2. Select the topic
Step 3. Read the topic information
Step 4. Complete the Risk Health Check
Step 5. Invite members to complete the RIsk Health Checks.
To get started, obtain a log in from Guild Insurance, invite the individuals who are to participate and then go to the analytics section to view your the results.
Individual Level
You can use this site as an individual to asses how you are managing the risks in your organisation. You can either use the site straight away without a sign in but you will only be able to view the survey you fill in that day and not compare OR you can obtain a login and gain access to the member area where you can chart yourself over time and compare to how the rest of the organisation is tracking. You will need to obtain a member login from your association.
Step 1. Sign In
Step 2. Read the topic information.
Step 3. Complete the Risk Health Check.
Step 4. Review your results and compare to the company average.
